About Us
Liquatek is a well established, privately owned Building Preservation Company with offices based in Cambridge, specialising in the provision of Waterproofing Systems to below ground structures in residential and commercial properties. The majority of work carried out by Liquatek is in London, East Anglia and Southern areas of England, but we have worked all over the country for high street retailers.
Incorporated in May 1992, we have a professional team with technical involvement and working experience of over 40 years within the industry.
Our surveyors are specialists within the building preservation industry and hold the following certifications: CTIS (Certified Timber Infestation Surveyor), CSRT (Certified Surveyor Remedial Treatment) & CSSW (Certified Surveyor Structural Waterproofing).
We are familiar with and are able to deal with all types of commercial and domestic contracting and strive to set high standards of service & workmanship. In addition, we have vast experience of design and build of specialist systems. We consistently offer a professional service in-house from survey to completion of work in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.
