Liquatek has a wealth of experience in project management and is able to deal with all aspects of building refurbishment from liaising with architects and planners, organising utility installations, through the building work to final decorations. We have our own in-house builders who can carry out all groundwork, stripping out, constructions, roofing, plastering and decorations. We are able to source and appoint specialist trades such as electricians and stone masons.
We have carried out several major refurbishment contracts where we have been project managers and have been involved from start to finish which has been a most rewarding experience for ourselves as a company and our clients.
