Liquatek Ltd is a well established privately owned Building Preservation Company with offices based in Cambridge.  Our work is mainly in London, East Anglia and Southern areas of England, but we have worked all over the country for high street retailers such as Dollond & Aitchison and Blacks Outdoor Group.  Incorporated in May 1992, we have a professional team with technical involvement and working experience of over 40 years within the industry.  We are familiar with and are able to deal with all types of commercial and domestic contracting and strive to set high standards of service & workmanship.  In addition we have vast experience of design and build of specialist systems.  We consistently offer a professional service in-house from survey to completion of work in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.

DIRECTORS

Rob & Steph Berry founded Liquatek in 1992.  Rob Berry, Managing Director, ran his own plastering business prior to forming Liquatek and had gained experience in contracting through the eighties and early nineties.  Steph Berry, Financial Director, previously worked in banking and she later joined Rob in running the plastering company and ultimately together they formed Liquatek Ltd.  They have allowed the company to grow and develop but have maintained it as a medium sized business employing up to 20 personnel.

SURVEYORS

Technical Director Vince Tansey CTIS, CRDS joined Liquatek in 2004 and has a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the industry.  After a military background he became a plastering contractor and later formed his own preservation company in the South of England in the eighties which was successful.  He later worked for major waterproof membrane suppliers Triton Chemicals Ltd where he became their Membrane Training Installation Manager and Continued Professional Development Provider.  As a fully qualified remedial surveyor and waterproofing specialist Vince is familiar with all aspects of the preservation & restoration industry and is able to design waterproofing systems as well as quote to tender or specification as required.

MANUAL WORK FORCE

Our manual work force is headed up by Simon Berry who has been a part of the company since it was formed.  Simon is a fully trained and qualified waterproofing membrane installer and has vast experience in all areas of the preservation industry.

All other manual staff are employed direct by the company and many have been with Liquatek for several years.
