Refurbishments, Dry Rot, Timber Treatments, Structural Waterproofing – Commercial Contract
Following major refurbishment works by Liquatek which have included – Timber Treatments, Dry Rot Treatment, Basement Waterproofing and Window Refurbishments, we are now in the final phase of this contract. Remedial works to party walls are now in progress resulting from on-going condstructions. Secondary glazing has been ordered and is being manufactured for installation.

We are commencing major waterproofing works on Monday 19th October in Reigate Surrey. The private client has constructed a substantial underground car park in the grounds of his rural Surrey estate. Liquatek have secured the contract to install Newton Cavity Drain Membrane Waterproofing System, incorporating perimeter drainage, within the underground access tunnel to the car park.
Our work in Walton, Somerset is continuing to a Grade 11 listed village house which is under going a major refurbishment. Liquatek are working alongside the conservation authorities with regards to the refurbishment of this old building. We are currently in the structural phase of renewing defective bearing timbers in the roof voids. We are also carrying out damp proofing works, waterproof membrane works to the lower parts and floors and specialist timber treatments throughout the house.
Liquatek’s works are still in progress at Borough Market, Montague Place, SE1. The vaults are being waterproofed using cavity drain membrane system as part of a major refurbishment of the arches beneath London bridge, to provide storage space for the market traders.
